This stained glass window is in the upstairs bathroom of the house where I grew up, in Affton, Missouri. I took this and other photos as a keepsake, since my parents recently sold the house.
At one time, ocean themes were quite popular for these rooms.
what a quaint and pleasant surprise. you don't find details like that in newer homes. I would like to see more.
ReplyDeleteunfortunately today instead of spending a little on a piece of small artwork like this, bathrooms have grown to concert hall size..where the plumbing industry has convinced us that we need to spend great lengths of time pampering ourselves after a grueling day. HA!
