61st Annual Outdoor Novena to Our Lady of Mount Carmel

FROM JULY 11^th to the 19^th, the Discalced Carmelite monastery in Ladue, Missouri, will hold an outdoor novena to the Blessed Virgin Mary under her title of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Rosary and Benediction at 7:15 p.m., Mass at 8:00 p.m.

The founders of the Discalced Carmelite Order, Saint John of the Cross and Saint Teresa of Ávila, contributed greatly to mystical theology, telling of the union of the soul with God. Links to their writings can be found here.
