I can't figure it out. I can see it the first time after I clear my browser cache, but then not subsequently. For now, I got rid of the image.
I can see the banner, but it doesn't have the illustration--just the lettering.
Update from my browser (Firefox) It's September 19... I see the frame and the name of the banner, but not its contents.
