Did you get inside of St. Mary's? I was at mass there last Sunday for the first time. They have electric votive candles.
I did not go inside. I was exhausted after a long photo expedition at the Cathedral.
The electric candles in St Mary's wree installed because of fire regulations -- real candles were not permitted -- period. On the positive side, they do have the most beautiful tabernacle in the diocese!
